Vicki Mack – Clinical Research Coordinator
Vicki Mack is a Clinical Research Coordinator here at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research where she is excited to continue serving the community in a new area of healthcare. Vicki thoroughly enjoys contributing firsthand with clinical studies, especially by supporting clinical trial participants who make medical progress possible.
Vicki attended the College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State University and holds certifications as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, and is also certified in telemetry in Idaho.
Before joining Rocky Mountain Clinical Research in March 2026, Vicki spent six years working in hospital settings, including experience at East Idaho Regional Medical Center on the Step Down ICU floor and in medical-surgical care at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.
What Vicki values most about clinical research is the opportunity to work directly with participants and see how studies can make a meaningful difference in their lives. She enjoys being part of a process where one thing may help improve the quality of life for an individual, and that “one thing” will subsequently contribute to better treatment options for other patients in the future.
Outside of work, Vicki loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys crafts, scrapbooking, swimming, and relaxing while reading a book.
