- This is a study to assess the safety and effectiveness of the T-Slim insulin pump used with Control-IQ technology.

- Clinical Description:
- A controlled trial to assess the safety and efficacy of T-Slim pump use with Control-IQ technology in adults with type 2 diabetes using basal-bolus insulin therapy. Inclusions: Must be using basal bolus insulin therapy with rapid acting insulin or an insulin pump (3 months prior) Exclusion: using a hybrid closed loop system; use of glucocorticoids, sulfonylurea, meglitinide, or hydroxyurea
