Nikki Sharp, BS, CRC

Nikki Sharp is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research, bringing with her a strong background in education and a passion for connecting with people.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Idaho State University in December 2011 and is CPR certified.

Since joining RMCR in December 2024, Nikki has thrived in the clinic’s friendly, supportive environment, appreciating the flexibility that allows her to balance a full-time career with her role as a devoted mom. She finds deep meaning in working with patients during clinical trials, enjoying the opportunity to hear their stories and witness their inspiring commitment to advancing medical research.

Outside of work, Nikki loves spending time outdoors, especially with her kids and family, and enjoys creative hobbies like crafting, photography, cooking, and baking.  Her warm personality, curiosity, and genuine care make her a trusted and approachable part of the RMCR team.
