Dyann Heasley-Ricks, CRC

Dyann Heasley-Ricks is a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research who joined the team in October 2024.

A proud Rigby native, Dyann brings over 13 years of experience as a phlebotomist and IV placement specialist, having worked for organizations such as Express Lab.

She enjoys the collaborative environment at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research and values the opportunity to learn from her fellow team members.

Dyann takes great pride in getting to know study participants and strives to make their experience both comfortable and meaningful.

Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her eight grandchildren.  Dyann also enjoys reading, especially romance novels, along with crocheting and camping, which allow her to relax and recharge.
