The Ambient Storage Room is dedicated to the preservation and control of investigational products.
The room has independent heating and air conditioning with precise temperature control and monitoring. The room is safeguarded with double-lock security ensuring limited access.
Our spacious Ambient Storage Room provides sponsors with confidence that investigational products are securely stored, carefully maintained, and fully protected to preserve product safety and integrity.
Ancillary Storage Room
The Ancillary Storage Room is a dedicated, strategically designed space that provides ample storage with convenient access to supplemental supplies and devices essential to clinical research operations.
The temperature and humidity in this room is documented each business day to ensure product integrity.
With its generous capacity and organized layout, the Ancillary Storage Room allows study coordinators to quickly access required supplies and devices, supporting efficiency and continuity throughout the duration of clinical trials.
Dedicated Refrigerator & Freezer Room
For all studies, we have a Dedicated Refrigerator & Freezer Room to securely store investigational products, as well as both refrigerated and frozen samples.
This room includes eight refrigerator and freezers which are primed to preserve viable sample and IP storage. The room is powered by individual circuits connected to a generator back-up system.
Freezer temperatures include -20°F and -80°F options for long-term storage needs and all units are monitored with data logs readily available.
The room is in a secure location with double-lock capability.
