In the clinic area of our facility, secluded adult and pediatric clinic rooms are located within the clinical working areas of both our Principal Investigators and Sub-Investigators, referred to as PODs.

 

In each POD, there is one room dedicated to clinical research participants.  The room has reserved supplies and resources readily available.

 

With our Secluded Clinic Rooms, we have plenty of isolated space to provide a comfortable environment for participants with nearby resources to simultaneously conduct multiple study protocols.

Designated Group Clinic Rooms (Flex Rooms)

 

Our Designated Group Clinic Rooms were specifically designed for participant comfort and convenience while participating in a clinical trial.

 

These rooms are dedicated for clinical research participants and can accommodate up to five individuals at a time.  Each participant can relax and get comfortable as they settle into one of the reclining clinic chairs that are facing a large TV.

 

Participants can utilize available headphones for individual listening if they prefer, as they settle into their participant time.  The room also has Wi-Fi should they prefer to spend time on the Internet ensuring an optimal participant experience.

The Designated Group Clinic Rooms are a controlled environment that is adjacent to our analyzer room, strategically placed for studies that require frequent blood analysis or specific supplies.

 

The room has enough space for multiple study coordinators, enabling them to monitor participants and complete study/source documentation in real-time, improving data integrity.

 

The room orientation is also very flexible earning the alternative title of “Flex Room,” as it is suitable for easy adjustments and adjustments to fit unique needs.

Strategically and conveniently placed within our facility is a bone density scanner (DEXA Machine) that is easily accessible for patients who may need to accurately measure changes in bone density or body composition during a clinical trial.

 

We can conveniently perform these tests, as needed, to ensure participant well-being without the participant having to make a separate appointment and an additional trip to another office.
