Aallyah Manzanares, Clinical Research Coordinator

Aallyah Manzanares is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research, where she combines her passion for helping people with her interest in healthcare and clinical research. She enjoys being part of a patient-centered team and values the opportunity to continually learn and grow while contributing to research that has the potential to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many people.

Aallyah began her career in clinical research shortly after graduating from Skyline High School in 2020. She worked as both a Research Assistant and Research Coordinator in women’s health and pediatric studies. Her healthcare experience also includes two years as a phlebotomist and laboratory technician in women’s healthcare, as well as experience as a caregiver and medication technician. She has received training in phlebotomy and holds an Assistance with Medications Certification through the College of Eastern Idaho.

Aallyah joined Rocky Mountain Clinical Research in January 2026. One of her favorite parts of clinical research is developing relationships with study participants. She enjoys connecting with them, hearing about their experiences, and getting to know them individually while providing support throughout their clinical study participation.

Outside of work, Aallyah enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and paddleboarding when the weather is nice. On quieter days, she taps into her creative side through sculpting and painting.
