The purpose of this study is to compare the results of a weekly insulin with a daily insulin for type 2 diabetes.

Clinical Description:
The purpose of this study to compare the results of a once-weekly basal insulin with daily basal insulin in participants with type 2 diabetes, who are currently treated with multiple daily injections. The randomization ratio will be parallel assignment. The study either uses the once-weekly LY3209590 basal insulin or the daily Degludec basal insulin.
