- Overview:
- This is a study of the Guardian Connect system which is a real-time continuous glucose monitoring system known as a CGM. The participants will use smart insulin pens or insulin pens with smart caps for all of their daily injections.

- The purpose of this study is to collect sensor, insulin In Pen dosing, sleep, activity and food/meal data for a minimum of 90 days of device wear.

- 2 - 80 Years of Age, Male & Female
